The spreadsheet shows the number of available active and pending bank owned as well as short sale single family homes as of July 31, 2009.
Please note that San Lorenzo, Hayward and Newark cities lead the pack in detached homes and Union City, Hayward and Newark lead in attached homes for this time period.
