Short Sale, Foreclosure or ??</title><content type='html'>&lt;p class="post-footer-line post-footer-line-3"&gt;You may be one of the lucky ones to get a call back from your bank that someone with knowledge and authority has been assigned to work with you on your loan modification, short sale, foreclosure options.  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="post-footer-line post-footer-line-3"&gt;However, what about the folks who are current on their mortgages at the moment, but will run out of money soon if they cannot figure out a way to resupply their fast draining savings due to a job loss and or potential medical bills?  Who is willing to listen and help these folks out?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="post-footer-line post-footer-line-3"&gt;Trying to help, I actually was told by someone at a bank that they cannot help unless people actually default on their loans? Is this the only way out?  There has to be a reasonable way to help people who are not defaulting at the moment but may default sometime in the near future.
