Who is willing to listen and help these folks out?</p><p class="post-footer-line post-footer-line-3">Trying to help, I actually was told by someone at a bank that they cannot help unless people actually default on their loans? Is this the only way out? There has to be a reasonable way to help people who are not defaulting at the moment but may default sometime in the near future.
